# ROB RUN release date, price and platforms
**Short answer:** ROB RUN came out in **Early Access on 4 November 2026**, free to play on Steam for Windows PC. It is made and published by Kefir. The shop sells cosmetics only. There is no PS5, Xbox, Mac or mobile version.

## Is ROB RUN free? Is it pay to win?
It is **free to play**. Steam lists in-app purchases. Kefir's FAQ: "Currently, only cosmetic items are available for purchase, offering zero gameplay advantages." Players report a premium currency called B-coin and a battle pass. "Currently" leaves room to change, and we will note it if that happens.

## Is ROB RUN on PS5, Xbox or mobile?
No. Steam lists Windows only, and Kefir has announced no console, Mac or mobile version. "Rob run ps5" is a rising search and "rob run apk" a common one, but there is nothing behind them yet. Kefir has released no Android or iOS app, so an APK sold as ROB RUN is not official. Linux and Steam Deck are blocked by anti-cheat ([details](https://robrunwiki.org/game/system-requirements/#linux)).

## Who makes ROB RUN?
Kefir, which develops and publishes it (Steam store page). It is described as a crime sandbox for thousands of players: heists, cops who are real players, clans, bases and a weekly server wipe. Steam lists interface languages English, Russian, French, German, Spanish (Spain) and Portuguese (Brazil), with full audio in English and Russian.

## What is ROB RUN's age rating?
Kefir's content note on Steam lists frequent firearm violence, partial nudity (a nightclub stripper), mild drug references, roulette with in-game currency only, and criminal gameplay. Steam shows a 16 rating in Germany and Brazil, and the game is listed as refused classification in Indonesia.

## How did ROB RUN playtest access work?
For the October playtest you pressed "Request Access" on the Steam page and Kefir picked players at random; approved members of its creator partner program were guaranteed a place. The playtest is over, so you do not need access any more: the game is free to download.
